Conceptual Specification regarding Social Policy and Social Work

When talking by social policies we refer to the activities/ actions developed by/ through State (strategies, programs, projects, actions, legislation) that are focused on promoting/ influencing individual, family or community welfare. Social policy is also a subject part of social sciences, which has similar standpoint but is distinct from the other sciences such as sociology, economy, political sciences, and social work.
