In Romania the abuse against children in families or institutions phenomena has become worrying. The acute need of professionals in this area and the knowledge of qualitative aspects dimension are still scarce. In spite of the fact that 191 states signed the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child treaty, still many children are in danger due to economical, social and psychological conditions.
